Where is the retreat?

Our Longevity Retreats are held at the EastWest Health Center, located at 7050 S Union Park Avenue, Suite 140, Midvale, UT.

What is the dress code for the retreat?

The dress code is casual and comfortable. Feel free to wear anything that makes you feel good, including cowboy boots or your favorite casual attire.

Are meals provided during the retreat?

Yes, meals are provided. We will offer freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, healthy snacks, and a nutrient-filled lunch. Please have breakfast before you arrive.

What should I bring to the retreat?

Bring a positive attitude and be ready to engage in various health and wellness activities. You might also want to bring a notepad or a device for taking notes.

Can I bring my spouse, friend, partner, etc?

Yes! The cost of the retreat is included in our patient fees, and it’s $500 for an additional guest.

Preparation and Consent

Do I need to complete any forms before I arrive?

Yes, please complete the following consent forms: Regenerative Medicine Consent, IV Therapy Consent, Acupuncture Consent, and Recording & Marketing Use Consent. Additionally, inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Is there any pre- or post-care required for regenerative medicine treatments?

Yes, detailed pre- and post-care instructions for regenerative medicine will be provided. Please review them carefully to ensure optimal results and recovery.

Where do you recommend we stay? Are there nearby hotels?

How do I get to the EastWest Health Center from the airport?

The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is about a 20-25 minute drive from the clinic. Transportation options include rental cars, ride-sharing services, and taxis.

Is there parking available at the facility?

Yes, we have free, covered parking available at the facility.
